Who are We?
At Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center our nursing department is all about excellence. Because nurses have unmatched opportunities to touch the lives of patients and their families, we make a difference every day.
We recognize that nurses provide unique experience and influence to patient care, but we also know we can't do it alone. Our nurses have great relationships with other disciplines and we work together to give the patient the very best care possible.

We want to be known as an organization of nursing professionals that is recognized by patients, community, physicians and peers for providing compassionate and quality patient care.
How do we accomplish our vision?
By understanding that nursing is about relationships and caring. By supporting nurses in their professional growth. Through interdisciplinary collaboration. By letting nurses decide how nursing is practiced at EIRMC. And by including patients and families in the plan of care.
